Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must (Proficiency in additional languages is an asset)
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary (friendly and caring)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Customer service experience preferred (Administrative, Retail, etc.)
• Must be proficient with computers and monetary transactions

• Order spectacle lenses to be edged and mounted
• Ensure our lab technicians are processing jobs in the correct order and are running efficiently overall
• Manage computer systems to keep track of all orders going in and out
• Communicate with the ordering clinics to ensure proper production and timely turnover

Requirements:

• Experience in the optical or optometry industry is required
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to understand the lab processes and products in order to troubleshoot
• Self-motivated and self-directed

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Edging and mounting lenses into frames
• Efficiently and timely managing job orders for production
• Ensure our lab equipment is maintained and in good condition
• Manage computer systems to keep track of all orders going in and out
• Communicate with the ordering clinics to ensure proper production and timely turnover

Requirements:

• Experience in the optical or optometry industry is required
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to understand the lab processes and products in order to troubleshoot
• Self-motivated and self-directed

• Assisting day to day operations
• Improving efficiencies, productivity, and growth within all offices/clinics
• Leading and managing eye care team and staff
• Manage products, services and inventory
• Develop and procure new ideas and innovations
